We will discuss all available options with you and require the following documents to proceed: 1) Copy of your ID; 2) Proof of residence; 3) Copies of birth certificates for all minor children from the relationship; and 4) A copy or the original Marriage Certificate. Following the consultation, we will proceed accordingly, addressing any questions or concerns you may have.
Opposed Divorce: If your spouse has initiated divorce proceedings and served you with a summons, it’s crucial to act promptly. You have 10 business days to respond.
